BAGGAGE
One small cabin bag and one medium checked bag is included.
Cabin Baggage can be a maximum of 40x30x22 cm (including any handles or wheels) and needs to fit either under the seat in front of you or in the overhead locker.
DELAYED & LOST BAGGAGE
If the luggage is damaged, delayed, or lost, all situations are covered by the Convention of Unification of Certain Rules for International Carriage, known as the Montreal Convention
PASSENGERS WITH DISABILITIES
Passengers with Disabilities (PWD) includes passengers with reduced mobility and passengers with non-visible disabilities which can be temporary or permanent conditions.
PASSENGERS REQUIRING MEDICAL CLEARANCE
No medical clearance or medical forms are required for passengers who only require special assistance in the airport or when embarking/disembarking.
TRAVELLING WITH PETS
Any passenger travelling with Pets/Live Animals must have prior approval from Universal Air.
PREGNANT PASSENGERS AND NEW MOTHERS
If you are 28 weeks (or more) pregnant, you must have a fit to fly letter from your midwife or doctor.
INFANTS AND CHILDREN
Infants are minors who have not yet reached their second birthday. Restrictions may exist regarding the number of infants permitted per adult passenger.
